Friendship Day (August Guild Meeting)
It was a fun day and the classes were a great idea. The spread had quite a variety and was yummy. There was a lemon dessert that was devine. Thanks to everyone who helped organize a very successful event. (Pictures)

The Presidents Piece
WOW ! ! ! What a GREAT time we had on Saturday. It was our Friendship Day and that it was. We had a wonderful turnout and lots of fun. Some of us learned a new game and the Make-It - Take-Its were very interesting. I am sure that everyone had a fun time and the food was delicious. A big thanks to Green Gate for having us at their park.
Laura Wilson will be at our meeting next month and I am sure she will have a very interesting show for us. She has a great collection of items for show.
I am looking for someone to take over the Retreat for 2010. Peggy Goudeau had volunteered to do it but she informed me that she will probably be moving out of the valley. If you are interested in taking this position, please let me know. You can have a fun time at retreat and there is always someone that will help.
It won't be long and you gals will be heading back to the valley and we can't wait for you to get back here. We have many things going on this winter.
So hurry back.
